One arrangement, any track type

Audio, MIDI, instrument and bus tracks live side by side. Add a track and it appears. There is no fixed lane grid to design around.

Seventeen plugins, all ours

Four instruments and thirteen effects, every one built in-house. Nothing bundled is somebody else’s plugin wearing a Diamond badge.

Your VST3 collection

Diamond scans the plugin folders you already use, so the sounds you have paid for come with you.

ASIO and WASAPI

Talks to your interface through ASIO or WASAPI, so you can set the buffer size your hardware is happy with and play in.

Mix without leaving the window

EQ, compression, saturation and limiting are in the box already. A first mix does not start with a shopping list.

Windows first, then more

A native 64-bit Windows build ships first. macOS is in development and Linux follows it. Neither has a date yet.

Classic Synth

The wavetable synth Diamond is built around.

  • 2 wavetable oscillators, plus sub and noise
  • 2 multimode filters, 3 envelopes, 4 LFOs
  • 32-slot mod matrix and a 9-slot FX rack
  • 26 factory presets, 44 wavetables, up to 32 voices

Sampler

Chromatic one-shot playback with the editor attached.

  • Waveform editor with fades and AHDSR
  • Reverse, normalize, swap and invert
  • 15 automatable parameters
  • Root note MIDI 60

Slicer

Chop a loop and play the pieces.

  • Up to 32 cue points from one file
  • Three auto-chop algorithms
  • Per-chop level, filter, attack, release, reverse
  • BPM and key detection, with tempo sync

Drum Sampler

Pads mapped across the keyboard.

  • 32 note-mapped pads from MIDI 36
  • Per-pad volume, pan, pitch and velocity
  • 8, 16 and 32-pad views
